Data Deletion Instructions

At Kazi Bot, we respect your right to privacy and believe you should have complete ownership over your personal and professional data. If you wish to terminate your service and permanently delete your CV details, matching records, and contact information from our databases, you can do so easily and instantly.

What happens when you delete your data?

Once you confirm deletion inside the WhatsApp chat:

• Extracted CV Text: All parsed text, work histories, skills, and educational qualifications are permanently erased.
• Semantic Embeddings: The mathematical vector representation of your CV (used for matching) is wiped from our vector database.
• Personal Profile: Your name, preferences, match history, and subscription history are deleted.
• WhatsApp Association: The bot terminates your active subscription and unsubscribes your JID.

Note: Once deleted, this action cannot be undone. If you decide to use Kazi Bot again in the future, you will need to upload your CV and complete onboarding again.

Third-Party Data

Since we do not share, sell, or rent your data to external recruiters or advertisers, there are no third-party lists from which we need to request deletion. Your data was only on our secure, encrypted servers, and it is fully wiped from there.
