• WhatsApp Contact Details: Your phone number (format: 254XXXXXXXXX) and WhatsApp JID to send daily job alerts.
• CV & Professional Data: The text, career history, skills, and educational qualifications extracted from your uploaded CV.
• Payment Records: M-Pesa transaction reference numbers and payment status to activate your daily, weekly, or monthly subscription plans. We never request or store your M-Pesa PIN.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly to:

• Analyze your professional profile using sophisticated systems.
• Score and deliver highly relevant job matches directly to your WhatsApp.
• Generate custom-tailored professional resumes, skill summaries, and cover letters when you request them (via the TAILOR command).
• Process manual payments via M-Pesa.

3. Data Security and Encryption

We take the protection of your career data seriously:

• Encryption in Transit: All communications between your phone, WhatsApp servers, our servers, and our databases are fully encrypted.
• Encryption at Rest: Your extracted CV data is stored securely in encrypted databases.
• Restricted Access: Your private WhatsApp auth session keys are strictly guarded under root security permissions and are never exposed.

4. Data Sharing & Zero-Ad Policies

We have a strict Zero Data Selling policy. We do not share, sell, distribute, or rent your CV or personal information to third-party recruiters, advertisers, or any external entities. Your data is used exclusively to match you with career opportunities.

5. Data Deletion and Control

You maintain complete ownership of your data. You can request the absolute deletion of all your stored records, CV text, and account data at any time by messaging the bot on WhatsApp and typing the command DELETE. Your information will be instantly purged from our active databases.
