1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Kazi Bot, uploading your CV, or utilizing our WhatsApp-based job matching services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Kazi Bot provides automated job-matching alerts and CV tailoring tools inside WhatsApp. Our system analyzes your career background against active job opportunities. We do not guarantee employment, job placements, or interviews. We provide matching notifications based on our advanced algorithms.

3. Subscriptions & M-Pesa Payments

Kazi Bot operates on a pay-as-you-go, on-demand subscription basis.

• Plan Tiers: We offer Daily (KES 30), Weekly (KES 100), and Monthly (KES 300) access plans.
• Manual Renewals: Renewals are entirely pegged on you. There are no automatic re-billing cycles, hidden contracts, or recurring charges. When your plan expires, you simply choose whether or not to purchase a new plan via M-Pesa.
• CV Tailoring: Custom PDF generation with a tailored resume summary, skills list, and cover letter is charged at KES 50 per document. A preview is always free.

4. User Account & CV Responsibility

You represent that all information, CV files, and experience levels you provide to Kazi Bot are accurate and truthful. Providing misleading, fraudulent, or false career summaries is a violation of these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your own WhatsApp account.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Kazi Bot compiles listings from various third-party sources and employer networks. We are not responsible for the accuracy of external job postings, employer actions, contract negotiations, or the legitimacy of hiring companies. Please execute due diligence before accepting any job offer.
